Located at Green Olive village in Zambesi road Pretoria South Africa. Latana produces premium cheese made from Jersey milk, and offers visitors unique cheese experiences at the farm including cheese making and cheese tasting. According to head cheese Dean Lategan, what they enjoy most apart from making the cheese and experimenting with different taste combinations, is sharing their passion with guests.

The Process

Lovingly referred to as their Jersey girls, Latana Cheese only uses the milk from Jersey cows. Raised on a diet of organic luzern, maize silage and dry straw and free to roam the farm for the many water spots for a fresh drink…
